Here is an interesting passage which I came across in my reading today: "We have little expertise in the techniques of mooning. We cannot say as a matter of law, therefore, whether mooning would always violate the statute [A.R.S. § 13-1402] by revealing the mooner's anus or genitalia. That question could only be determined, we suppose, by an examination of the facts of each case." Justice Feldman, writing for the Supreme Court of Arizona in Wagenseller v. Scottsdale Memorial Hospital. Let it not be said that casebook editors lack a sense of humor.
